These terms govern this public website and its hardware, system project and planned AI API enquiry content. They do not replace an agreed quotation, sales contract or service agreement.

1. Website operator
The website is operated by TIANZHAO INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO., LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
2. Information and enquiries
Hardware listings, system project descriptions and model overviews are provided for general information and initial business enquiry. They are not a binding quotation, guaranteed stock or delivery commitment, or a live list of available API models.
Hardware availability, pricing, quantity, specification, condition, origin, warranty, lead time, shipping and taxes must be confirmed for each request. System deliverables, configuration, validation and support responsibilities are included only where agreed in the project scope.
Model API access is a planned service. Availability, permitted use, interfaces, pricing currency, billing units, access limits and applicable data handling must be agreed separately before activation. Viewing this website or sending an enquiry does not create an API account or establish a service agreement.
3. Drafts, quotations and agreements
The inquiry editor lets you prepare a local browser draft. When session storage is available, it keeps the draft for the same tab's session until you use Clear draft or close that tab. Browser settings may prevent storage or affect session restoration. Copying a draft places its text on your clipboard; if automatic copying is unavailable, use the message preview. You decide whether to paste and send it through WhatsApp. Nothing is submitted to our sales team automatically. Clear draft does not remove copied text or messages already sent.
An enquiry does not create a contract. A transaction or service arrangement requires written confirmation by both parties of the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase agreement, service agreement or other agreed commercial documents. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the agreed transaction or service documents control for that arrangement.
These website terms are not an API service contract, an accepted model usage agreement or a confirmation that a proposed use satisfies every applicable regulatory requirement. Those matters must be addressed for the agreed service and use case before activation.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the website or its infrastructure.
- Do not submit unlawful, misleading or fraudulent inquiries.
- Do not reproduce substantial website content for resale, impersonation or deceptive commercial use.
5. Product and model names and intellectual property
Third-party product and model names, brands and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification. Their appearance does not by itself imply affiliation, endorsement, authorised-distributor status or a model-provider partnership.
The website design, original text and other operator-owned material may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law allows it.
6. External services
The website links to WhatsApp and may link to other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms, privacy practices and availability. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
7. Website availability and liability
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but errors, omissions or service interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes concerning use of the website are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply under another jurisdiction.
9. Contact and changes
Questions may be sent through the WhatsApp contact shown on this website or in writing to RM 174, 26/F, DELTA HOUSE, 3 ON YIU STREET, SHATIN, NT, HONG KONG. These terms may be updated when the website or applicable requirements change.
