Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the website operator handles website visits, local inquiry drafts and business enquiries about hardware, custom systems and planned AI API access.

Company incorporated 31 May 2023

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by TIANZHAO INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO., LIMITED, a body corporate registered in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Registered address: RM 174, 26/F, DELTA HOUSE, 3 ON YIU STREET, SHATIN, NT, HONG KONG.

2. Information that may be handled

The public website provides an inquiry editor and contact links. It does not currently create customer accounts, accept online payments or activate API access.

  • Standard technical information that hosting and security systems may process, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time and security logs.
  • Inquiry draft information you enter in your browser, including product or equipment requirements, quantities, configurations, company name, destination, contact details and timing.
  • Information you choose to send through WhatsApp, including your name, contact details, company, hardware or system requirements, AI API use case, expected usage and message history.
  • Commercial and transaction information supplied later if an inquiry develops into an agreed quotation, order or service arrangement.

3. Local inquiry drafts and your control

When browser session storage is available, the inquiry editor saves your draft on your device using sessionStorage. This keeps it available when you browse this website or refresh the same tab. The draft is intended for that tab's session, until you choose Clear draft or close the tab. It is not a cross-device or shared account record. Browser settings may prevent storage or affect session restoration.

Draft contents are not automatically submitted to our sales team. If you choose Copy complete inquiry, the website attempts to copy the message to your device's clipboard. If automatic copying is unavailable, you can copy from the message preview. You then choose whether to open WhatsApp, paste it and send it. The website does not send the message automatically.

Use Clear draft in the inquiry editor to remove the stored draft and its fields. Clearing the draft does not erase text already copied to your clipboard or messages you have sent through WhatsApp; manage those separately using your device and the service's controls. Do not enter passwords, API keys or confidential application data in a draft or enquiry.

4. Why information is used

  • To preserve and let you edit the local draft you choose to prepare.
  • To respond to hardware, system project and AI API access enquiries you choose to send.
  • To prepare and administer agreed quotations, orders, service arrangements and related business records.
  • To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website.
  • To comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.
  • To establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.

5. Service providers and third parties

Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, security and business communications. If you choose WhatsApp, your use of that service is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.

Information may also be shared where reasonably necessary with professional advisers, payment, logistics or fulfilment providers involved in an agreed transaction, or with public authorities where required by law.

6. International processing and retention

Enquiries you send and any agreed business activities may involve international services and destinations, so information may be processed outside your location. Information received by the operator is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including commercial record-keeping and legal requirements. Local draft storage is described separately above.

This public-website policy does not describe the processing of prompts, outputs or other content by an active AI API service. Any proposed API arrangement must separately confirm the applicable data handling and service terms before activation.

7. Browser storage, cookies and analytics

The inquiry editor uses tab-scoped session storage for draft continuity. This is separate from cookies and does not automatically send the draft to the operator.

The current website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or non-essential analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those technologies are enabled.

8. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether personal data is held about you and request access, correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal or legitimate business records.

9. Contact

Privacy questions or requests may be sent through the WhatsApp contact shown on this website or in writing to: RM 174, 26/F, DELTA HOUSE, 3 ON YIU STREET, SHATIN, NT, HONG KONG.
